How do I find car services?
Enter your city and optionally an address, then choose a search radius. The app searches registered workshops and OpenStreetMap listings to show mechanics, bodyshops, tyre shops, diagnostic centres, car washes and detailers near you. Use filters to narrow results by rating, service type, and hourly rate.
How do bookings work?
Tap a workshop on the map or list, choose your service, pick a date and time slot, and fill in your vehicle details. The workshop receives your request and can confirm or reschedule. You will get reminders the day before your appointment.
Can I chat with the workshop?
Yes. Every booking opens a chat thread where you and the workshop can discuss details, share updates, and ask questions. You can also cancel a booking from the chat if needed.
How are invoices handled?
Workshops can issue a pre-invoice when confirming a booking and a final invoice when the job is completed. Both are visible in the booking chat and your appointment history.
How do reviews work?
After a visit you can leave a star rating and a written review for the workshop. Reviews are public and help other drivers choose the right service. You can manage your reviews from the map dashboard.
What are saved shops?
You can favourite any workshop so it appears in your Saved Shops list. This makes it easy to find your trusted mechanics quickly without searching again.
What notifications will I receive?

Company owners can set a weekly availability schedule, add holiday closures, and create date-specific hour overrides directly from the calendar view. This ensures customers only see valid booking slots.
